Terms & Conditions

These terms describe the basic rules for using LogicByte’s learning platform, practice questions, assessments, plans, and related services.

Last updated: 14 October 2026

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using LogicByte, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. LogicByte is intended for learners of all ages, subject to applicable law. If you are a minor or cannot independently enter into a binding agreement, a parent or legal guardian must assist with your use and provide any consent required by law. You may use the platform only in a way permitted by the laws that apply to you.

2. Accounts and security

Provide accurate registration information, keep your login credentials confidential, and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity through your account except where applicable law provides otherwise. We may restrict access to protect users, the platform, or its content.

3. Learning content and acceptable use

LogicByte offers educational practice material and assessments in areas such as SQL, Python, Excel, and Data Analytics. Content is for learning and evaluation; it is not a guarantee of employment, income, professional qualification, or a particular exam result.

4. Plans, payments, and access

Available features, prices, access periods, and assessment entitlements are shown on the website or checkout page at the time of purchase. Current listed plans may include free access, individual skill plans, Data Analytics access, and a bundle. The checkout/order confirmation controls the specific plan and price purchased.

Payments may be processed by Razorpay or other payment providers and are subject to their applicable terms. Access is subject to successful payment confirmation and the stated validity period. A subscription or plan does not imply unlimited real-test attempts unless the relevant plan explicitly says so. We may correct genuine pricing or listing errors before accepting an order.

5. Assessments and certificates

Certificates, if offered, are subject to the stated assessment criteria and passing requirements. A certificate recognises performance on the relevant LogicByte assessment; it is not automatically a government-accredited qualification or a guarantee of professional competence. We may maintain records to verify issued certificates and investigate suspected fraud.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep LogicByte available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all content will always be error-free. Features, questions, prices, and site functionality may change as the platform develops. We will not use this clause to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Suspension, termination, and liability

We may suspend or restrict an account where there is a reasonable basis to suspect fraud, security abuse, unlawful activity, or a material breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, LogicByte is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or any mandatory consumer rights.

8. Refunds, privacy, and updates

Purchases and refund requests are handled under the separate Refund Policy. Information handling is described in our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with an updated date.

9. Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer protections and applicable jurisdiction rules. The operator is Raushan Raj, with contact address at Tetardih Road, Hasan Bazar, 802204, Bihar, India. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@logicbyte.in.
