Privacy Policy

This policy explains how LogicByte may collect, use, and protect information when you use our website, learning tools, assessments, and support features.

Last updated: 14 October 2026

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use LogicByte, we may collect information you provide, such as your name, email address, account credentials, support messages, and information submitted in forms.

We may also process learning and service information, including practice activity, answers and scores, test attempts, progress, bookmarks, certificates, plan selections, order/payment status, and support-ticket conversations.

Basic technical information may be recorded for security and operation, such as IP address, browser/device information, timestamps, session identifiers, and diagnostic logs.

2. How we use information

3. Payments and third parties

Payments may be handled by Razorpay and other payment service providers. Those providers may collect payment information under their own privacy terms. LogicByte should only receive the information needed to confirm and reconcile a transaction; do not send full card details or passwords to our support team.

We may use hosting, security, email, analytics, or other service providers where needed to operate the platform. We do not intend to sell personal information to third parties.

4. Cookies and sessions

LogicByte uses session technologies and similar mechanisms to keep you signed in, protect forms, and maintain basic website functionality. Blocking these technologies may affect login or other features. Any analytics or advertising cookies, if introduced, should be described here before they are enabled.

5. Sharing, security, and retention

We limit access to information to authorised personnel and service providers who need it to run the service, or where disclosure is required by law, necessary to protect rights and security, or part of a business transfer. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce terms, and meet legal requirements. Retention periods may differ by data type.

6. Your choices and requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to identity verification and applicable legal or operational requirements. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or to maintain transaction, security, or certificate records.

Do not share your password with anyone. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support promptly.

7. Children and policy updates

LogicByte is intended to be accessible to learners of all ages, subject to applicable law. If you are under the age at which you may independently consent to data processing or enter into a contract, a parent or legal guardian should assist with account use and provide any consent required by law. Parents or guardians who have questions about a child’s information may contact us.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The latest version and its updated date will be published on this page.
